I bring women back to themselves.
Depth hypnotherapy for women in the middle of a big change.
Sessions by Zoom.
You're handling everything. So why do you feel like you've gone missing?
Maybe you've been trying to get pregnant for a lot longer than you ever pictured. Maybe you're dealing with a divorce. Maybe you just had a baby, or your last child just moved out. Or maybe the career you built your whole identity around stopped fitting somewhere along the way.
Different stories, same feeling underneath.
You can still get through the day. That's not the problem. The problem is that it feels like all of your energy is going into getting through this. Into the treatments, the marriage or the ending of it; into the kids, the work you poured yourself into before it stopped fitting. There's nothing left at the end of it for you, or you've been doing it for so long, you don't remember how.
And the overwhelm doesn't always look like too much. Sometimes it's the emptiness that's overwhelming.
You are the one part of this nobody is tending to, including you. Somewhere in all of it, you lost the thread on yourself.
But that thread is still there; it didn't go anywhere. It just got buried.
What the work actually looks like
Hypnosis isn't what most people picture. You're awake, and you're aware. You're in charge the entire time. Some of the session stays with you clearly, and some of it drifts, the way a good dream does. That's normal, and it doesn't mean it didn't land.
What changes is the pace. You close your eyes, and we slow things down enough that the part of you that's been managing everything can finally rest, and the quieter part of you gets a turn to speak. That's the part that already knows what you want, what you've been carrying for other people, and what you're ready to put down.
I work with the body as much as the mind, because transitions don't only live in your thoughts. They live in your jaw, your shoulders, your lower back, your belly, in the throat that closes when you go to say the true thing, and in the breath you've been holding for however many years now.
Most women tell me they walk out of the first session feeling a million pounds lighter.
Who I am
Hi, I'm Bianca. I'm a certified depth hypnotherapist. My training took me to Albuquerque, New York, London, and Hawaii, including study with Marisa Peer and Dr. Brian Weiss. Before this work, I spent over twenty years as an actor. Among other things, it taught me not to flinch at big feelings, mine or anyone else's.
Here's something I know to be true: people are not broken. I'm not here to tell you who you are. You already carry your own wisdom, and the transition you’re in hasn't erased it. The wisdom just got harder to reach.
My role is to help you get back to it. We go underneath the beliefs you picked up somewhere along the way, the patterns you've been running without ever deciding to, and the feelings that got stored before you had words for them. So much of who we become lives at that level, deeper than conscious thought, and that's exactly where the work happens.
This work is not about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more fully yourself.
I see women via Zoom, from wherever you are.
The shift starts beneath the surface.
If you've read this far, a part of you already knows it's time.
What Clients Say
"Bianca's positive, warm energy was palpable throughout. Through just one session, I had major AHA moments and transformed deeply held beliefs I'd carried for years. After our session, relationships that were not for my highest good almost immediately dissolved, and I now move through the world in a completely different manner."
— Esosa E., Nutrition Specialist & Behavioral Coach
"I have been struggling with self-doubt for the better part of my adult life. Through hypnotherapy, Bianca helped me understand myself better and change negative thoughts into positive ones. I feel calmer, more patient with myself, and I just have a general sense of optimism that makes my life better."
— A.P., Musician
“I was in a very dark place and feeling lost. Traditional therapy had been recommended, but I wasn't ready or open to it. After one session, I feel alive and happy and will never take anything for granted again."— Gloria L.
