Becoming a mother changed my work in ways I didn't see coming.

Not the quality of it. The dimension. There is nothing quite like raising children to bring to the surface everything unresolved in you. Your own history. Your relationship with your mother. The patterns you swore you'd never repeat. The guilt when you have those moments when you're not the parent you want to be. The exhaustion of caring for everyone else while still trying to prioritize yourself.

I've been in that. I'm still in it.

And it has taught me things about how wounds can be reopened, how they ripple through generations, and how the patterns can be actively interrupted, that I could not have learned any other way.

If you come to me carrying the weight of your childhood, your children, or both at once, you are not going to have to explain that to me.

What Is Hypnotherapy, Really?

Hypnosis isn't strange or mystical. It's a natural state you already go into all the time.

It's that feeling when you're completely absorbed in a film and the rest of the world disappears. When you're driving and arrive somewhere without remembering the journey. When you're so focused on something that time stops. That's hypnosis. It's being in flow, and it's completely safe, completely natural, and completely within your control.

In a session, that state is deepened intentionally. Your body is relaxed, your eyes are closed, and your mind becomes more open. Not to suggestion from the outside, but to understanding from within.

Here's why it works:

Something happened → you felt an emotion → you formed a belief → that belief created a thought → that thought shaped a behavior.

An event made you feel powerless, or unseen, or not enough. That feeling became a belief: I'm not good enough, I'll never change, this is just who I am. That belief became a thought pattern. That thought pattern became the restlessness, the self-worth wounds, the thing you're struggling with today.

Talk therapy works at the level of the thought. Hypnotherapy goes all the way back to the feeling, the root. And when the feeling shifts, the belief shifts. When the belief shifts, the thought shifts. When the thought shifts, the behavior changes, naturally, without force.

We cannot change what happened. But we can change the way we feel about it. And that changes everything.

How It Works

Our first session begins with a conversation. We go over your intake form and talk through what's brought you here. Then we move right into the hypnotherapy.

Eyes closed, I will get you nice and relaxed. At a certain point, I'll say: "We're going to the cause, the reason, the root of the issue" and you'll be able to tell me. We go from there.

All sessions are conducted virtually. Wherever you are, you can do this work from the comfort of your own home. Sessions run 2-3 hours. Most clients are surprised by how quickly we get to the heart of things.

About Bianca

Why do people do what they do? Why do we keep repeating the same patterns even when we can see them clearly? Why does insight so rarely translate into real change?

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent more than twenty years as an actor. More than a hundred commercials, television, film. A career that taught me how to live inside other people's psychology. To pay attention to what is unsaid. To understand the gap between the self we present and the self underneath it.

I originally came to hypnotherapy because I wanted to stop smoking, which I did, but what fascinated me was how quickly deeply held patterns could shift once the subconscious mind was involved. I realized there was an entire layer beneath conscious understanding where real change actually happens. And I decided to learn everything I could about it.

My training has included immersive study in Albuquerque, depth work rooted in Jungian psychology, and work with some of the most respected trauma-informed practitioners in the field. Today, I work as a certified hypnotherapist in Los Angeles, offering online hypnotherapy for women navigating fears, self-worth, fertility, and the patterns that keep showing up, no matter how much work they've done.

A profound part of my own journey has also been fertility. Years of trying. Medical interventions. Learning to trust my body in the middle of enormous uncertainty. That experience changed the way I understand the relationship between the mind and body, and ultimately expanded the way I work. It also became the foundation for a separate area of my practice: fertility hypnotherapy and subconscious healing for women walking that road.

Something I know to be true is that people are not broken.

So much of who we become lives at the level of belief, deeper than conscious thought. And that is exactly the level where this work happens.

I am not here to tell you who you are. I believe, deeply, that people already carry their own wisdom. My role is to help you access it. To help you uncover the beliefs, patterns, and emotional imprints that are keeping you stuck beneath the surface of your conscious awareness.

This work is not about becoming someone else.

It is about becoming more fully yourself.
